Unused annual leave

Good afternoon.

I have a question regarding the ETP (regarding to Unused leave).

When I made the payroll, I used the "Unused annual leave" to pay out all of the balances.

But I just realise that it does not deduct the "Annual Leave" balance.

Anyone can tell me how to deduct the leave entitlements in my case?
Thanks

Re: Unused annual leave

@SWI-Accounts

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

The easiest way is to run a zero payslip and make the Annual Leave accrual a negative figure to remove the value from there and the Unused Annual leave a positive figure to add it to there.

When you finish both should show a zero balance.

If my response to your query and has helped, please mark my post as a solution to help others in the future.
