Thank you for your patience

 

Pays in AccountRight 2020.2 company files with the payment date of 01/07/2020 onwards can now be processed. You will need to be close down and restart the AccountRight application before attempting that pay process.

 

We do understand the impact that these changes have had on clients and employees. Comments and feedback in relation to this topic have been shared with the required team for potential changes to future updates.

When i am process a payroll  - when i enter in the RDO hours taken it advise me that the person has no leave! what is going on - i checked her card file she has 25hours.

 

This upgarde is terrible!!!!

I have the same issue with leave entitlements.  Apparently this was being looked at 3 weeks ago as per another post on the fourm.  Would have been nice for MYOB to communicate the problem, and one would have thought that 3 weeks would have been more than enough time to fix the issue.  When will MYOB admit that this "upgrade" is a failure

Same here - the leave entitlements are on the personnel cards but not being recognised in the payroll I am processing.  Am going to have to do long report for directors - great day for it

We have encountered a number of clients encountering a warning message when processing pays in the new payroll year in relation to leave entitlements.
