Updating Cards - error messages

GCLA cannot update/view cards - error log attached.

Please advise?

Hi @GCLA 

 

We do have a script that we can run over the company file that has aided in that particular error. So we can arrange for that script to be run can you confirm the below information:

 

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

Thank you for confirming that information

 

I have arranged for that script to be run over the company file. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file before attempting to open those cards.
