User Access

I was invited to be a new user/administrator of our company file and I accepted.  I did not realise that the my.myob id and password are different to the p/w for the company file.  When I try to log into the company file, it says unable to open company file - this company file is not registered to the AccountRight Live account that you are currently logged in to.  When I use the "forgot password", I get the verification code emailed to me, but when I submit it, I get the same message.

I am the new administrator of the company file as the previous one has left our employment.  No other administrator exists.  How can I fix this?
