I recently upgraded to AccountRight Cloud version. When I went to pay super I could no longer do this the old way through our clearing house and signed up to pay super directly from AccountRight. The 1c was deposited into our bank account last week and I am unable to verify this, getting the message "Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later". Annoying as this is holding me up. I have read this has something to do with the settings in Myob but not sure how to fix it. On hold to Myob now and the wait time is almost an hour....

What did MYOB say about the settings? I am having the same problem today.
We currently experiencing some issues with our Verification Service at the moment that our teams are working to resolve. We can resolve these manually until this is fixed, I simply need some details to locate the account and verify the application is successful.

Thanks @Hayden_B I waited the hour and spoke to someone yesterday who manually fixed this for me.
Are you able to help me though, with Superfunds? I am allocating the "Registered Name" of super funds to the funds already in myob to enable me to pay super and there is a fund that is not in your list with the USI number or Spin number I have for them. I have checked the USI and spin both online and have been able to google the fund using them...
