ato reporting super categories

When I do a payroll check for STP I keep getting and error for the super reporting catergory. STP For superannuation the ATO reporting catergory is already setup and I cannot change it because it is in grey. Is there a way to fix this

I've checked your account, and I've run some fix scripts on your company files. Please log out and log back in again. You may now try to assign the reporting category. Please let me know if your Superfund ATO reporting category is still grayed out. I'm happy to further assist.
