I am trying to authorise a Super payment but it says "This payment will take you over your limit" which is not the case at all. I am being sent the SMS verification codes but am unable to enter them.

Thanks for your question.
When the Pay Super service was setup you would have been prompted to choose either a monthly or Quarterly limit. If you have chosen a quarterly limit it pays just to keep a close track of when you make any contributions as the quarterly limit can be consumed quickly if for example, a payment relating to say quarter one doesn’t get submitted until early in quarter two.
If you are on a quarterly limit, I recommend checking through your bank statements for this quarter (April – June) just to check if there have been any other superannuation payments for this quarter. If there have been, which potentially is the case if you are getting that error message.
Your Pay Super service limit can be instantly updated if the limit needs to be changed by an amount of $10,000 or less. You can find more information about changing your limit on our help article Changing your Pay Super details.
