electronic payment of payroll

I want to pay the payroll through myob electronic payment method, the problem I have is that the bank account that it needs to be paid through doesn't show up in the 'pay from account'. I have checked and the bank account is linked to payroll bank account for electronic payments, I don't know if I have missed anything else .

Hi @vulcanogelato, 

Thank you for your post. In the Pay From Account field, you will need to select the account you're paying from. The banking details of the account you select will be included in the file you send to the bank for processing. I'd recommend checking that you've set the account up as per our help article record your bank account details.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the account created and the drop down of the pay from field not displaying the account. You can send these private message to me if needed.
