1st times on here currently using account right
in bank feeds when transactions match correctly all i do is press the green approve and we are all good and when it doesnt i simply press find transaction and it comes up most of the time now this is no longer occuring
have i missed something
these transactions are in the bank register and havent been reconciled
have spent hours on hold to myob the last few days but no one is answering and im waiting 40 to 50 minutes any help much appreciated

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please clear your AccountRight cache, once cleared can you try again using the find transaction option.
