good afternoon Team
I've been uploading my clients data files for payroll and upgrading to STP2
One client's file already in my online files as some time ago i had to upload it to be fixed
How do I remove this file so I can upload the current one

Hi @mistyben
If the current file you want to upload is just a newer copy of the existing online company file, you can simply back up the company file, restore it online to overwrite the existing online file.
To check if they are the same file, please open both company files, check the serial number listed under Setup > Company Information, and the Company File ID number under Help > About. If they are the same then they are different copies of the same file, please proceed with the back up & restore.

Hi everyone
Clover's assistance via private message finally solved the problem. The team had to delete the old 2021.3 file on the cloud so I could upload my latest data file successfully
If anyone else had this problem I suggest you contact Clover
