paying super

Good afternoon team,

I am about to pay super for the period from Feb 2021 up to date.

On the paying list I could not find or add a new employee who started on 26 Jan 2021.

I have been paying his payroll since 26 Jan 2021 -please refer to the attached.

But there is no his name (Seong Jun Yun) on the super paying list.

Is there a way to add his name on the super paying list?

Hi @Butterfly8, 

Thank you for your post. Can I please confirm if you've created a new super fund for this employee ? If so, can you please go to Lists > Superannuation funds > Select the fund by clicking the blue arrow > In this window, is the option Pay directly from AccountRight ticked ? If this is not ticked, this would be why the superannuation payments are not appearing in the super list. Please tick this and they should appear.
