Hi

I need to reverse a batch payrun to change the dates which span a calendar year instead of a two week period. There are 41 people in the batch. Can I reverse the batch or do i have to do each record individually?  this was an electronic payment so I assume the reverse and re-entry will cancel the values out.

Hi @Cat21 

Thanks for your post. There's no way to reverse a batch payrun so you would need to reverse each pay individually. Having said that, if you go to Setup>>Preferences>>Security tab and untick Transactions can't be changed; they must be reversed, you will be able to open those pay transactions and change the pay period dates.
