payroll

ive just set up a new card for monthly pay. when i go into payroll and pay employee monthly it doesnt show up. what have i not done for this to happen ?

Thanks for your post. I hope you're finding plenty of useful tips, advice and support on the community forum. 

 

Have you set the Employment basis and/or Employment Status to 'Other'? (This is found under the Employee Card >> Payroll Details >> Personal Details window.  If so, please change the status to something besides 'Other' and complete a $0 pay run to see if that pulls through the YTD figures.
