"Locked Period" error

Hi ... we are trying to reverse a super payment from April 2019 that was made using Pay Superannuation but cannot due to a "transaction in locked period can't be changed" error. The lock date in place was July 2018, so the error was incorrect. We tried unticking the Locked Period box but that didn't help either. Any ideas? Cheers, Roxy.
