trouble signing up to pay super

Hi I am getting the following error message after entering the Verification Code. I have been trying for the last 4 weeks. "Sorry, we're not ready to verify your bank account at the moment, please try again later." This is very frustrating can you please help with this ASAP. i am on hold to MYOB only been 1.5hrs ...

So I can investigate this error for you, Can you send me a Private Message with the following details:

  • Last 4 digits of your Serial Number and your Account Name 
  • Your Name and Email Address used
  • A screenshot of the error message mentioned 

 

*Update: Super log in updated
