why does leave and sick show dollar amounts on payslips

Hi

I am wanting payslips to show hour amounts owed not dollar amounts . How do I change this on the payslips.

To my knowledge, leave entitlements should automatically show as hours and I am not aware of a situation in which they would show as a dollar amount. In order to better assist you, could you provide me with a screenshot (with personal information obscured) of the payslip indicating where the sick leave is showing up as a dollar amount? In the meantime, note that the following conditions must be met for the balance of an entitlement to appear on payslips. 

 

  • Print on Pay Advice is enabled for the relevant payroll category
  • Include all YTD amounts and Entitlement Balances on Paycheque stubs under Setup >> Preferences >> Reports & Forms. 

Let me know if those settings change anything, otherwise thank you in advance for providing a screenshot.
