Backup Error - Help Please

I'm trying to backup my work and the below error comes up.  I am the only one using this file.  I have tried shutting down and restarting my computer. 

 

Ïn order to do this you must be the only person using this company file"

One other person currently has this file open.

Hi @Marigold

 

Which software are you using? It sounds like you might be using AccountRight v19 Premier or Enterprise as that message typically means that there might be another User still logged in.

 

You can check this by gong to: File > Active Workstations and see who else is there.

 

If someone is there, but their computer is off sounds like there might be a lock-file problem. I suggest having a look at this support note for details on deleting lock files: Special considerations for networked company files

Thanks Hayden but I'm the only user.  All good though, I just restored a previous backup.
