Cancellation

I just try to sign up for a 30 day trial of Essentials and the AccountRight for my study needs. 

I have tried it and it does not suit my study.

So that i want to cancel the MYOB sales number and also I wanted to cancel my trial register. I try to make a call but it's not work.

Can you help me to cancel it? I do not need to use it anymore. Thanks and hope to hearing from you soon.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


MYOB does allow for clients to sign up a trial basis of our programs. These are intended to test out the program to see if it will meet your needs before signing up for a Subscription. Generally, the trial versions are for a 30 day period.

 

Note: You are not required to cancel a trial version of the program if you don't wish to use it for the full 30 days. The trial and its data will be placed into a read-only mode after that 30 day period has ended.
