Student Edition Account

I just purchased a MYOB student edition account however I never received an email in regards to payment or my account etc. 

There us a chance I have typed in the incorrect email. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @Jarna14 

 

I have managed to locate your MYOB Student Edition account it was registered under your studytafensw.edu.au email address. So the emails would have gone through to that email address.


Having said that I have sent you an email with your product serial number and the tax invoice to that registered email address in case you didn't receive it.

Could you please change the account email to jarnahedley@gmail.com as the studytafensw is no longer active.

Typically, we would not be able to update the primary contact information on that account and it would require a Change of Details form.
