ATO posted a letter to our accountant saying that the STP Finalisation wasn't done. I have done it 6 times at least as it kept coming up with an error. I have since found out what the error means. Payor email address missing apprently, however when I look in the ATO settings it clearly has the correct email address. Would you be able to advise where else might the email address be missing from? Also, there is another issue, we have since moved away from MYOB and have READ ONLY access. I need to find out how to rectify this, PLEASE. Thank you

Could you confirm if the file that is in read-only mode is the same file you're having the STP issue with?
