BAS - Online Lodgement

Happy Monday Night

Trying to lodge BAS (Yes I know it's late)  and received a message saying "Company File Not Found" after selecting 'Prepare Statement" and logging in as requested.  Never had a problem before.  Any ideas please?

Thanks for your post. Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet.

Would you be able to take a screenshot of the message when it comes up and post it to this thread? This way we can see exactly which step the message is thrown and this might give us some ideas. You can use the Choose File Button when replying to a post to attach files.

Please let me know if you need further help.
