Hi
Using the Lodge BAS online functionality in AccountRight, and when we select the month, get the following message:
"We're having some technical problems and can't open this activity statement right now. Please try again later."
This has been happening for a few weeks, and Tech Support were not able to resolve the issue.
Has anyone else experienced this, and know how to fix it?
Edited - seen a similar post, with no resolution - we have had this problem for a few weeks, so it should have been resolved already - come on guys.

Our developers are currently investigating this error, however some clients have been able to resolve it by upgrading to 2020.3. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused and will update you when I have further information.

Hi - I have also met this error when trying to prefill our latest IAS.
Updating to 2020.3 has not resolved it

This issue was resolved for most of the users by downloading AccountRight 2020.3, however, if it is unresolved for you , please send us your serial number by a Private Message so we can investigate further and advise accordingly.

How do I upgrade to 2020.3 as it has not come up on my Data file to upgrade and I cannot get my August IAS completed. Been trying for 2 weeks!!

You can download the latest version from our downloads website if it hasn't prompted you to upgrade. Let us know how you go on.

I had the same problem and kept trying last week with no luck.
I saw another post that recommended upgrading to 2020.3 which I did and has resolved the issue but the figures are not correct so I will manually update and lodge. I did not get any notification of an update nad had to log into My.Myob to download it - why does the notification not show when logged into our MYOB file?
I am so thankful for the forums when there is a MYOB glitch as I can usually find an answer to the problem.
