Good morning,
I have been unable to load my BAS (already overdue), yesterday and today. Please see screenshot for error message. I didn't have a problem with my other two entities, and have been using this for a couple of years with no issues.
Is there an outage?

Hi,
I am having the same problem.
I have cleared cache, restarted and changed some of the settings and it still does not work.
I have also phoned the help lone but they are done for the day.

Get used to it near end of month. It happens almost everytime at the end of each month. I am currently trying to lodge my overdue IAS as well and am (as expected) unable to due to the same error.

Just keep trying
Took me 4 days this week to complete my BAS.
MYOB Support blames everything other than the fact it's their issue.
Clear the cache, it's your internet connection, its your computer.
They even advised refreshing the form and deleting the form.
They don't even understand the issue, just reading from the script.
Lodged a complaint with the ATO this month advising MYOB is having issues again and stopping me from lodging this month's return.

Hi Steven,
We use payroll and do not have any General Journal transactions. I have just tried now and I am now able to lodge my IAS. The only transactions listed in the journal since my post were 2 sales that were created today so I do not think my issue relates to your suggestions unfortunately.
Could you please look in to the issue further as it always seems to occur when things are due or over due.

Hi,
I have upgraded to 2020.4 and changed the PAYG Installment interest rate. I started a new company file and that section was not set up as it should be. So it is helpfull just to make sure that the BAS Info is completely correct and in line with what you are set up with at the ATO.
That has helped with the BAS, however it did take a few hours to finally lodge.
Hope you also find a solution.

Do you mind trying that process again? We did receive some token issues at the ATO end which have since been resolved.
