BAS not loading

Hi, Im trying to do my September BAS and the prefill willnot work... keeps coming up with We're having some technical problems and can't open this activity statement right now. Please try again later

I am unable to login to the BAS online as MYOB will not recognise my user ID or password, please help. also what is the telephone number for direct contact the previous number will not work?

Hi, I am also getting the same error.  Updated my file to the new version and still not working.  I need to lodge my Aug PAYG, have already made the payment but have been trying to lodge the form for the last week.  Can you please advise?

You should be able to log in using the same details as when you log into your company file. This help article has more information: Prepare your activity statement online

 

If you continue to have problems please send me the following information by private message:

 

  • serial number
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
  • business name

I have the same issue. I was not able to do IAS last month. I have to logon to ATO's Business Portral to lodge BAS. It's been more than one month now, Myob has yet solved this problem, not very happy!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. Our teams are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we do recommend generating a manual BAS in AccountRight and lodging through the ATO Business Portal.

I am having the same issue since last month - I ended up lodging the August BAS through the ATO business portal, I am getting the same error this month when trying to lodge the September BAS.   Can you help?

Hi @mcdlisa 

 

This issue has been resolved for most users by making sure you have upgraded to 2020.3. Then in the Sign In window please make sure that the option Link this User ID to your my.MYOB account is ticked. Once this is ticked you should be able to lodge your BAS.
