Bank feeds descriptions

When using "bank feeds' the description for a 'withdrawal' says "Jack Smith from Jack Smith'.

 

This should be "to Jack Smith 

So how do you change this. 

MYOB were unable to help,during an long ph call.1 hr 20 min incl uding a 35 min wait !!

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

Usually the Bank feed field that you see in the Bank Feed is exactly the same as what is printed on the Bank Statement and is what is entered in the Transaction memo field when the transaction is made.

MYOB has no control over this - it comes direct from the bank.

If there is a problem i would suggest you talk to whoever made that transaction and ask them to make the memo clearer.
