Bas/IAS lodgment problem

Hi- when I went to automatically lodge BAS/IAS it came up with an error message "We can't get in touch with the ATO right now, so haven't created any new activity statements"

I had problems last month- which resolved once I ticked the link my.myob button as per the advise.  This is a new issues.  I have reinstalled 2013.1 and still happening

Thank you for your post and sorry this is occurring for you. 

 

What you can do to get around this error is reload the activity statement. To do this you'd need to check the date the data was last updated. Then, you'd want to click Update from ledger. Here, confirm the date has updated and continue to lodge the return. This should now allow you to lodge your BAS successfully.
