Solved: Go to Solution

Email failed to send

Dear support team: 

 

The problem arised because some email address cannot be sent statement or invoice successfully in MYOB. The failed email's Diagnostic-Code showed "rejecetd". I'm not sure if it is our email's problem or our email address has been blocked by clients' email address.
