Error with Company Data Auditor

I have just upgraded 7 client files to MYOB AR 2023.3 SE. When I try to run the Company Data Auditor and hit DISPLAY where there is a ? - it seems to process the request but nothing displays?? I desperately need for this to work to process the BAS's.
