MYOB Subscription Cancelled for no reason

Hi there

 

I am wondeirng why my accountright subscription has been cancelled when the account is paid up to date and  you are still taking direct debits from the account??

 

Can someone please assist me urgently as I am unable to work ??

Hi @shermann 

 

Thanks for this. It seems that there is an unpaid invoice for March 2022. Also it seems that the payment profile needs updating. I would recommend going to myaccount.myob.com and pay the outstanding bill and review your payment profiles.

 

Note: only the primary billing contact has access to this and this is the contact listed on the agreement.

hi

is this is a direct debit how does a [ayment get missed from March and why is it only coming up now as unpaid?

How do I get a copy of this invoice?

Once paid how do we activate the file again?

Hi @shermann 

 

It seems that the primary contact received a message late October asking to update the payment profile. This seems to be not related to the March invoice. Visit My Account to see details of your MYOB AccountRight subscription and to edit your contact and payment details. Note that some account changes, such as updating your subscription or credit card details, require you to be the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription.

 

You can access that invoice via My Account and the primary contact is also able to activate your subscription again via that source.

This happend to us

They had 2 accounts for one client and the bogus account was being charged and it wasnt started by us.

 Proven then they still kept taking money for that one and not the correct account

Then they suspended the right account

Then they took 6 months payment even though they owe him credit for thje bogus account

Funny that an accounting package co, cant get their accounting right

check yr emails check your client number and serial numbers are the correct accounts being paid.
