Missing Data in months of Bendigo Bank Feeds

I have just reconciled months of accounts with missing data in the bank feeds. Every week there was 1 to 5 missing items. How do I get this fixed - it cannot be something i have to live with ? It is a complete waste of time and degrades the quality of the accounts.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you please send me the below details via private message so I can take a look into this with our teams:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account 
  • Date and transaction amount of the missing transactions
