Phone Support

Very very disappointed with the MYOB Service. You pay your money to have the service and they lack in support. I have called on two occasions one of them I was on hold and passed from department to department for 5 hours and my issue was still not resolved. I called recently and could hear nothing but loud talking and yelling in the background asked the speaker to get them to be quiet so I could hear the speaker talk. 
The lady I spoke to was very rude, lacking in patience and asked me to stop talking. When I said the issue was a matter of urgency I was given no support was just told to call back the next day.
