The updates are being provided in the OP - ie the first post on page 1 of this thread.

 

The last one was just after 5pm - you can bet the farm that they have gone home now unlike all of us poor suckers.

 

The best part of the update was this little gem "Thank you for persevering with us during this difficult time.". What are we supposed to do, instantaniously transfer our business ot Zero? Oh hang on, we can't because WE CAN'T ACCESS OUR FILES TO TRANSFER THEM!

Considering the fees we pay to MYOB on a monthly basis, this is not satisfactory.

Why was there no advice sent out via email to all subscribers as soon as the issue was discovered??

This is just as others have stated, so unprofessional but definitely something to learn from.

 

You have mentioned you have been in contact with the ATO in regards to BAS & PAYG but what about the rest?

 

For those of us who have Super payments due; how do we pay those?

 

For those of us who have wages to pay, how do we do those?

 

This is much so bigger than just an upgrade gone wrong.  How do you come back from this?  How do you compensate for this?

Hi @Suja_P and the MYOB Team

The email just received is as poor and disgraceful as your internal testing of the AR2019.1 release and the botched upgrade of your internal systems.

 

The very least you could of done is had the CEO sign the email rather then The MYOB Team.

This would alteast show that management give a **bleep** about the issues caused.

 

Don't hold much hope that the 2019.2 release will fix my issues with the dozens of bugs that go introduced in the last release.

 

You guys just don't get it do you.

Your a software company that sucks at software both internally and externally.
