Re: Single Touch Payroll ATO Categories

Hi @Tomako,

Thank you for the post! Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

Generally, this error occurs when editing or saving a payroll category. Recommend doing the steps below:

Refresh the Payroll Category:

  1. Open the relevant Payroll Category.
  2. Click the Exempt button.
  3. Deselect ALL categories here (If none, select all categories) and click OK.
  4. Click OK on the Payroll Category to save the changes.
  5. Open the Payroll Category and the ATO Reporting Category will now save.
  6. Set the exemptions again based on what they were previously.

If this works, re-set the Exemptions where possible.

Do let us know how it goes.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Gayathri
