This session has expired - request for timeout extender instruction please.

I have a client who is showing the same issues. 

 

Your company file or session expired because of inactivity or administrator upgrading or restoring a file.

dont worry.. worked it out myself

 

edit the huxley.application.exe.config file

find the <appSettings> section and add the following entries into it if they dont exist.

 

<appSettings>
<add key="ExecutionContext" value="ClientProcess"/>
<add key="TransactionTimeoutMinutes" value="15"/>

</appSettings>

Hi,

 

how do you edit the config file?  If I try to open it, it asks me how I want to open it (with which program).
