I'm wanting to view & print documents from two company files from AccountRight. I unsubscribed last year but need to access soon. When logging on it request me upgrade which I have done but when selecting company to open it disappears. The current upgrade is version 2022.3.0. Can anyone assist? Thanks

Thanks for your post. If you've upgraded the back up file and having troubles opening it please refer to our Community Forum post Unable to open recently upgraded company file. If your error log does show the InvalidFingerPrint issue please run the hotfix tool over the file and you should be able to open the file.
