I have the same problem wir AR 202.3. I could not find the "link this user ID to you my.myob account" anywhere.

Not in the company file User set-up menu nor in my my.myob account settings.

 

I've checked the Tax Office age in my MyGov account - my un-filled September Quater BAS form is sitting there, awaiting a download,

 

I've previously successfully lodged my BAS online in 2019-20

 

Can someone help me ?

P.S. I held a BAS Agent registration number until late February.

Unfortunately it expired whilst I was in hospital - so I'll shortly re-apply
(not having done BAS Agent. in the meantime).

The option Link this User ID to your my.MYOB account is found in the Sign in window:

 

undefined

For my own AccountRight Premier file. I log-in to my my.myob,com account as kyeoward@hotmail.com

 

When I converted my AR v. 19 file to AR Premier online v. 2014.1, I marked my AR Live online log-in as "link this user to,my.myob.com"

 

So now after I've logged-in to my my.myob account, I click on my file link - Kym Yeoward CPA ACIS.

Then the file opens immediately - with no further sign-on needed,

There's no option saying "Link this user id to my my.myob account"

 

Can you help me ?

P.S. Last night I gave-up on trying to lodge my Sept Qtr BAS online, via AccountRight - and instead lodged it manually, via my My.Gov account.
