Browser login issue

Hi, Tried to login to the Browser version of AccountRight via my Partner Dashboard and then via the Desktop verions.  In both instances it says my Desktop version needs updating.  My desktop version is updated.  It is Version 2021.4.1.  No other update is available.  Can you please advise what is going on?

Hi @MoneyTree 

 

We initially released the AccountRight 2021.5 update. However, due to a printing error encountered post-release, we have temporarily suspended that automatic upgrade for AccountRight users. Our teams are working through correcting that printing error, which when resolved we will be re-releasing that AccountRight 2021.5 version so users can upgrade that file locally so it can be used in-browser.
