Help Finalising STP for previous year (FY2021)

We have a client that has not finalised payroll for FY2021. 

That year does not show in the drop down, only shows current (FY23) and prior year (FY22).

How can we finalise that payroll for FY2021?  

I have spoken to the ATO and they cannot finalise it.

I'm afraid that only the current year and the previous year can be selected in the Payroll Reporting Centre > EOFY tab, as updated pay events can only be sent for the current and previous year only. 

Please do check with ATO or with your accountant for best options to finalise the 20/21 payroll year.
