How to reconcile account when away on Chrome book

How to reconcile account when away on Chrome book

I am away on holidays and only have my mobile phone or daughters ChromeBook and I need to get my accounts ready for BAS  and EOYT. I cant seem to be able to use a browser to log in and reconcile accounts or get bank feeds etc like I can on my home pc. Why is this and do i need to perhaps go to an internet Cafe to log in instead? When I try to install accountright, it says can't on this version of Chrome I need Windows,  and if I log into browser,  it only brings up payroll section of business? Thanks

If you are using a different computer or device, the recommendation would be to use the AccountRight browser interface to access the business information. This can be done by navigating an Internet browser on that device to the website: app.myob.com and logging in. Our Help Article: Access an AccountRight company file in a web browser outlines more information on that platform.

 

In your case, I can see that you do have an MYOB Essentials Payroll business as well that shares the login. This is perfectly fine, you might just have to go to the Business name menu (top right) and select Switch business to switch to that other AccountRight browser file.

 

On another note, I would just mention that we are showing as the AccountRight Basics file being on 2021.2. This particular version is being decommissioned on Tuesday 2th August, so you'll need someone with desktop AccountRight access to open the company file and upgrade it to the latest version before tomorrow to ensure continual access to the online file via the desktop application and the browser interface.
