Online outage??

I am currently having issues signing in to the app and also signing in online. 

Not sure if have missed a notification, is there a known issue??

We were not aware of known issues with this at the time of your post. If you're still experiencing problems, send us a private message with your product serial number and email address so we can investigate further.

I found that I had to use a different link which in turn gave me an updated dashboard. The same occurred with the app.
