We have come across issues with GL reporting for EOFY where the desktop version is reconciled and correct, but the balances on ledger summary from online do not match them or the TB.

This is causing many issues for Tax Agents reviewing our work using the online version as there are variances in asset & liability accounts.

Is this a known issue and why does it happen?
