Use multiply devices, and on one desktop unable to export to Excel from MYOB. IT company tried to fix issue with the below message:
Following workaround done, yet the issue is not fixed
Performed Quick repair on 365 Office application
Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - en-us - 16.0.15726.20202
Install MYOB account right 2022.10 ( Build 24.7529)
However reports are able to export on PDF & CSV formats.
From diagnostic logs - found following errors
2022-11-29 14:01:10.0244,MYOB.Huxley.RF.Core.Services.AppService.RFLogService,Error,1, : System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.ApplicationClass' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel._Application'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{000208D5-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)).
Further verification perform review computer registry - there is no registry entry to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{000208D5-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\TypeLib - Dont exist

Welcome to the Community Forum.
It's great to see that you have gone through some of the troubleshooting steps already.
When you reinstalled AccountRight 2022.10 did you install the Server edition as we have found that sometimes this version will resolve the issue, as well as when going to install right-clicking on the installer and choosing to install as administrator.
Can you please also detail what is happening with your system as to why it isn't able to export, is the button greyed out, or are you getting an error message?
