my client has stated he cannot open the link to my invoice. how do i fix this please?

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that your customer is having difficulty opening the link.
If this is only impacting one customer, then it may be something environmental on their end preventing them from opening the invoice. If you know of an invoice that failed to open for that customer it's worth emailing that invoice to yourself and opening it using the link to see if it opens for you. If the link opens for you then it confirms the link is not the issue.
It's worth getting your customer to try a different browser to access the link as well as ensure that their system allows for accessing sites using https secured connections and not just http connections.
