Our tax module is linked to practice manager. We note that frequently one of the standard letters in the tax letters module generates the wrong client address or wrong client name. It is the Individual Tax Asessment Letter and contains switch fields dependent on the refund/payable. Is there a quick fix, we would like to use this letters feature more.

We are already working with your internal IT teams to set up a replica of your database in your test environment to troubleshoot why this is occuring for only some clients.
We are looking at both data and application configuration. Once the issue is resolved, your internal IT team will be made aware. Might be a good idea to check in with them on this issue (as it was already raised by them with us.)
