AE - system release has stopped working

AE - system release has stopped working

Hi Guys,

 

My client is having issues in MYOB AE - Tax.

When they open a document in Tax, please see screenshot attached. the document opens ok.

 

<MattN: image removed as it contained sensitive client information>

 

 

Then if i proceed to print the document it crashes AE with the screenshot attached.

I can't print this document at all. However if i open a different document and follow the same procedure, no issues. It's specific to this document and 4 or 5 others. 

 

Need assistance with this if possible?

Hi @siaxsupport,

 

I recommend you remove that image ASAP and replace it with one that doesn't have client information in it.

Thanks so much for your question, and my apologies that you didnt get a response sooner.

 

There is a setting we can check on your machine if System Release is crashing. If you have not already done so, I would recommend giving our support team a call on 1300 555 666 to follow up the issue.
