Accountant Enterprise MAS4 won’t open

Hi,

was wondering if anyone can help. We had a problem opening Accountant Enterprise so we were instructed by the support over the phone to reinstall. Reinstalled with no issues and the program opens now but when I double click on a client MAS4 it says “C:\user\(username)\AppData\local\temp\(username)\WS6MP700.003 or WS6MP700.002 not found. All MAS4 files do this; however the AST files open fine.

Tried calling support again but are waiting for their call back. Heading back to PNG tomorrow where the internet is slow and very expensive so trying to get this done tonight if possible.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your post. Really sorry for the delay in responding to your post.

 

About your post relating to WS6MP700.003 or WS6MP700.002 not found. It looks like either MAS is not installed on your computer or these two files have gone corrupt.

 

To resolve the issue, you need to download and install MAS.

 

You will need to login into my.myob.com.au - go to Products > Downloads > AE MAS. You will then have to download AE MAS 6.1e Full install and run that on your machine.
