We recommend that you read KB 36438: VPN Error: "Fatal Error" when lodging.  This Knowledge Base articles provides some premilary checks to help you resolve this issue.

Cisco VPN Problems

Thank you Linda. As it was late last night I tried the ATO. They suggested that I shut down my computer and restart to see if that was where the error was. It was so all fixed. Thank you
