Approved documents digitally signed by tax agent

Just wondering if there is a way to send Client approved documents to our Director to digitally sign/approve the document as Tax Agent via the Myob Portal?

Your Director/Tax Agent can co-sign the documents during the publishing process if required.  This is the only way to have both digitally sign the document.  It is not possible to digitally sign a document and then republish again for another signature.  As editing the document to add the second signature invalidated the first digital signature.
