Client Accounting & MYOB Essentials

Hi there,

Currently if a client moves away from MYOB Essentials and cancels their subscription (not sure if it is the same for AccountRight?) with an open workpaper period, the open workpaper period cannot be accessed (including the trial balance) and subsequently completed to rollover to the next financial year (to retain the trial balance).

Is this something you can add in so it caches the trial balance in the event it can no longer access essentials ledgers?

Thanks

Ben

Re: Client Accounting & MYOB Essentials

Hi @Ben123

Thank you for posting.

It has been designed that the workpaper periods will open when the file is linked.

I would suggest before the file is cancelled to export the data as a MYE.

You will then be able to create a AO/AE ledger in Client Accounting to import the data and produce a trial balance and/or other reports as required.

Please find the link below for further details on importing and exporting data.

Kind Regards,

Stephanie
