Hi team,
The Corporate Compiance does not download company statement, even though the connection to ASIC showing no errors. There are company statements on the ASIC agent portal showing as unread, but AE CC cannot download it. It has been several weeks already.

Thank you for using the community forum
Can you please try the following?
1. check the session logs to see if there are messages "receiving file OUT_PR.xxx where the summary at the end also shows company statements were received.
2. Check there are no filters in the company statements.
3. Check the inqueue folder to see if there are some stuck there. These will be about 250 KB and itm dated the same day as the connection date. This folder would be in your ELS oath that can be found in CC by going help about – Electric lodgment path
4. try request a reissue of the statement and see if it comes in (request data from ASIC > choose third option). Lodge this ra71. When you see a reply come check in the company statement module.
5. Also, check your version in case invoice statements version has not be installed (Need v3.2.1476)
